Wedding Photography
Starting at $2250 that includes 6 hours of coverage, capturing pre-ceremony moments, the ceremony, and the reception party. As a Lexington wedding photographer, all weddings include an online gallery for viewing and downloadable images with a print release. Album design options are also available. I enjoy working with wedding clients and prefer to book no earlier than 6 months in advance.

Additional coverage is available at $150 per hour. I will work closely with the Bride & Groom to ensure we stay within our timeline while capturing beautiful moments through out your special day.

Starting at 350.00 assembling selected images to your choice for album cover and style, typically for a 30-40 page layout you can expect 80-120 images will fit nicely.
Weddings: Formal shot list
I use a shot list for all groupings that the Bride & Groom have filled out in advance to mark all the shots of wedding party and family they want photographed, this is a helpful tool to ensure key shots are not missed.

Booking & Payment policy
For wedding event bookings a 50% retainer is required at the time of signing to secure your date. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your wedding date. All other services will be billed at the time of service. All contracts and forms are in PDF form and can be conveniently sent via text or email, making it easy to manage your photography event or session needs.

On your wedding day, I arrive approximately 45 minutes to an hour early to assess the venue and plan for the days visual needs. Coverage typically begins with detail shots—decor, venue setup, and those final getting-ready moments with both the bride and groom.
From there, covering the full ceremony including the walk down the aisle, and your exit as a newly married couple. In the time post ceremony to the announcement of the newly married couple and seating for the meal, I like to shoot all the formal shots.
For most weddings, coverage continues into the reception, with the cake cutting often marking the conclusion of my day. That said, I keep a camera in hand and stay ready to capture moments right up until I head out.
By the time you’ve chosen me as your wedding photographer, you’ve had the opportunity to review my work, meet with me, and feel confident moving forward with your booking.
Wedding photography services are typically paid in advance to secure your date and ensure full commitment. Because wedding dates are limited and cannot easily be rebooked. It also covers necessary preparations, operational costs, and, when needed, additional team members such as assistants or second shooters.
This structure ensures everything is in place so I can focus entirely on capturing your day without interruption.
Client privacy is important to me. I will not share or allow the use of your images by third parties without a signed model release. However, I do reserve the right to use select photographs for portfolio display and promotional purposes, including on my website.
I use strobe light for everything but during the ceremony, it can be too intrusive to have flashes of light during the wedding ceremony.
Now that we have entered in to the digital photography age, many people assume the process is easier than it was in the days of film. In reality, every image I capture requires careful attention in post-production. Unlike film photography—where images were developed and returned with minimal adjustment—digital photography will often involve touching each photo to ensure color accuracy, proper exposure, and a consistent, professional finish. Please keep in mind that images may appear slightly different when viewed on your home computer or mobile device, my editing systems are professionally calibrated to ensure accurate and consistent color.
I begin processing and editing your images shortly after the event, with the goal of having your full gallery uploaded and ready for viewing and print purchases within two weeks.
I bring a full range of professional equipment to every event to ensure complete reliability. I typically shoot with two cameras at all times and carry additional backup gear, so if any issue arises, I’m able to continue seamlessly without missing a moment.

For a typical 6-hour wedding, you can expect approximately 350 to 600+ carefully captured images, depending on the size and flow of your event.
My approach isn’t about shooting nonstop or overwhelming you with thousands of nearly identical photos. Instead, I focus on telling the story of your day with intention and meaning—capturing the moments that truly matter.
While some photographers may deliver 2,000+ images, that often includes many duplicates (for example, dozens of nearly identical shots of the same moment). I believe a thoughtfully curated collection is far more valuable—and it also helps keep your overall costs reasonable.
In the end, you’ll receive a strong, storytelling set of images that reflects your day beautifully without unnecessary repetition.
I have successfully covered weddings with as many as 400 guests on my own. However, if your event would benefit from additional coverage, we can discuss the option of a second photographer and the associated cost.
We live in a time where most guests carry smartphones, and some may even bring their own cameras to a wedding event. This is completely understandable and welcome. However, as your hired photographer, I will guide and direct key moments to ensure I capture the best possible images and maintain a smooth, organized flow throughout the event.
Providing a meal is optional, though it is often offered at catered events. I typically don’t take many breaks, as I prefer to remain available throughout the event. Meal times are usually quieter moments for photography, and most guests prefer not to be photographed while eating, making it a natural window for a brief pause.
